- Phone message info: When leaving a message for either the phone nurse during the day or the on-call doctor at night, please state the following information slowly and clearly: your telephone number including area code, the patient's first and last name and the caller's name. We will try our best to call you back as soon as possible, so please try to be available at the number you leave. Also, please be aware that some privacy managers may completely block our return calls.
- /Work excuses: If your child needs a school or work excuse, he or she will need an appointment to evaluate the illness or injury.
