• We are currently changing the software that pertains to our scheduling and billing information. Therefore, we ask that you bring your insurance card to every visit so we can accurately bill your insurance.  Even if your information has NOT changed, we need to recopy your insurance card for our new software! 
• If you call to schedule an appointment, we must receive your insurance info over the phone before we can schedule an appointment...please have your card ready when you call !!!
• Also, please be patient with us as we make this transition. During our transition, you may receive a duplicate copy of your bill.  If you have any questions regarding your billing statement, it is your responsibility to contact our billing department to clarify or settle your account. The billing department is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm at 614-501-7337.

Phone Nurses are available to help answer your non-urgent questions regarding medical care and advice Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30 pm.  Please call and leave a voice message for a phone nurse at any location; your call will be returned within a reasonable time.  For more information, please refer to our Helping Hands or Ask A Doctor.

• Accompanied by a Parent:  All children, including teens need to be accompanied by a parent/adult if receiving any type of injection. Even 18 year olds need to have a parent present before a vaccine can be given. So parents, please, take the time to be with your child if they are scheduled to get any vaccine at our office. We know this is an inconvenience but we are committed to this policy for safety purposes.
• Medication for ADD or ADHD: It is very important that you give us at least 72 hours notice of your child's need for a refill on medication for ADD or ADHD. Individual physicians at Pediatric Associates are not in the office every day - and some of our doctors rotate between our offices. So that we can better serve you, please call 3-7 days before you run out of medication. These refills will not be done on Saturdays and must be prescribed by your own physician.
• Billing:  Pediatric Associates will be happy to work with anyone on an unpaid balance.  Please remember that if you have a patient due balance, payment must be received every 30 days to prevent the account from being sent to collections.  Please call our Billing Department 8am - 5pm to discuss your questions and/or options.
